SkillAI services are available to individuals and organisations that can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. By registering, you represent that you meet eligibility requirements and will comply with these Terms.

Users must be at least 18 years old to enroll in paid courses. If you are under 18, you may participate only with consent from a parent or legal guardian and under their supervision.

You may use the services only for lawful purposes and in ways that do not infringe the rights of others. Prohibited conduct includes using the platform to harass, defraud, distribute malicious software, or otherwise violate laws and rights.

Access to certain features or content may be restricted in some jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to comply with local laws when using SkillAI. We may limit or refuse service to users in countries subject to activity or other legal restrictions.

To access course materials and manage enrollments you must create an account. Provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. Account access enables progress tracking, certification, and personalized learning recommendations.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information. Notify SkillAI immediately of any changes or errors to ensure correct delivery of course materials and certificates.

Keep your password and authentication details confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access, change credentials and contact support immediately. We implement security measures but cannot ensure absolute protection against all threats.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable unless explicitly agreed in writing by SkillAI for enterprise arrangements. Transferring access may result in suspension of services.

If your account is compromised, notify us at [email protected] and take steps to secure your email and other linked accounts. We will work promptly to help secure your SkillAI account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, present payment issues, or pose security risks. Suspensions may affect access to course records and certifications.

SkillAI delivers instructor-led, hybrid and self-paced courses focused on AI skills such as machine learning fundamentals, prompt engineering, data handling, model evaluation and applied automation. Course offerings, curricula and delivery schedules are available on aiskillls.pro.

Course content, instructors, pricing and schedules may change from time to time. We will provide notice of material changes when feasible and make reasonable efforts to migrate enrolled learners to equivalent offerings.

While we strive for high availability, SkillAI services may be intermittently unavailable due to maintenance, platform updates or third-party service outages. We will communicate planned downtime where reasonably practicable.

When using SkillAI, you agree to follow rules designed to keep the learning environment safe, productive and fair for all participants.

• Use the platform for lawful education and professional development purposes only.
• Do not engage in harassment, hate speech, or discrimination in discussions and submissions.
• Do not attempt to bypass security, reverse engineer platform features, or interfere with other users’ access.
• Do not upload or distribute copyrighted material without rights to do so; attribute third-party materials appropriately.
• Respect assessment integrity: do not cheat, plagiarize or outsource graded work unless explicitly permitted.
• Follow instructor guidelines for project data, code sharing, collaboration and attribution.
• Report abusive behavior, content or suspected fraud to [email protected] promptly.

Content you submit to courses, forums, assignments or profiles may be used to deliver services and improve learning experiences. This section explains ownership, licenses and responsibilities.

You retain ownership of original content you create, such as assignment submissions and project code, subject to any third-party rights. For enterprise-customized work, ownership may be addressed in separate agreements.

By submitting content, you grant SkillAI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display and distribute the material for providing the service, showcasing anonymized learner outcomes, and improving course delivery. You may revoke publication requests for non-assessment materials by contacting us.

You are responsible for the legality and appropriateness of your content. Do not submit personal data of others without consent or content that violates laws or third-party rights.

SkillAI may remove content that violates policies, infringes rights, or endangers others. If you believe content was removed in error, contact support for review.

Course materials, brand assets, platform software and documentation are protected by intellectual property laws and remain the property of SkillAI or its licensors. Unauthorized copying, distribution or resale of paid content is prohibited.

• Do not reproduce paid course videos, quizzes or assignments for distribution.
• Do not use SkillAI activity or logos without prior written permission.
• Do not create derivative products based on protected content without a license.

SkillAI offers paid courses, certifications, enterprise training packages and subscription services. Purchasing a course grants access for the duration and conditions specified at checkout.

Prices are displayed on aiskillls.pro in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and include the applicable taxes where indicated. Promotional pricing, bundles and discounts may be offered periodically and apply as described at the point of sale.

We accept standard payment methods listed at checkout. Payment must be received to activate course access. For corporate purchases, invoices and purchase orders are accepted per the enterprise agreement.

Subscription services auto-renew unless cancelled. You will receive renewal notifications and may manage or cancel subscriptions from your account settings. Cancellations stop future charges but may not retroactively refund past periods.

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. For self-paced courses, refund requests submitted within 14 days of purchase and prior to accessing more than 20% of the course content may be eligible for partial or full refund. For instructor-led or cohort courses, refunds depend on timing relative to course start dates and any third-party costs. Contact [email protected] with purchase details to request an assessment.

You may cancel enrollments or subscriptions in accordance with the policy shown at purchase. Cancellation of live sessions may require advance notice; where third-party costs are involved, partial charges may apply.

Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any local taxes not collected at sale, subject to local law.

We may update pricing for new purchases. Existing purchases remain governed by the price paid at the time of transaction unless otherwise specified.

Failure to pay for services may result in suspension of access and collection actions for unpaid balances. SkillAI will provide notice before suspension where practical.

SkillAI provides educational content and tools intended for professional development. Course outcomes depend on individual effort, background and application. Results, career progression or gains after training cannot be assured and will vary per individual circumstances.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkillAI and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid for the relevant purchased service during the preceding 12 months, unless otherwise required by law.

SkillAI may integrate third-party learning tools, cloud services and payment processors. Those parties’ terms and privacy policies apply to their services. SkillAI is not responsible for performance or content provided by such third parties.

Either party may terminate access in accordance with these Terms. SkillAI may suspend or terminate access for breach, legal requirements, or security reasons. Upon termination, access to course materials may cease and certain data may be retained as required by law.

Termination does not relieve obligations such as outstanding payments and provisions surviving termination (intellectual property, liability limitations, dispute resolution).

SkillAI processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on aiskillls.pro. The Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how it is used, stored and shared, and the rights available to you.

We will communicate with you via email, account notifications and notices on aiskillls.pro. You agree that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement for written notice unless law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Notice of significant changes will be provided on the site and, when appropriate, by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to SkillAI’s operations in Malaysia. Disputes will be handled in the competent courts of Malaysia unless otherwise specified in an applicable contract.

We aim to resolve disputes fairly and quickly. If a dispute arises, please contact [email protected] so we can attempt to resolve the matter directly. If unresolved, applicable dispute resolution pathways under Malaysian law will apply.
